On my last trip to Bangkok, I stayed at the Amari Watergate and Sivara Spa is tucked away on the 8th Floor of the hotel and the view over the swimming pool and health and fitness center.
The Sivara Spa at the Amari Watergate Hotel in Bangkok is newly renovated in modern and contemporary Thai style. As you walk into theReception you will find a wonderful combination of Bronze "Lotus Blossom", water walkways, stones, curtains, candles and flowers.
There are three major themes-zen-double and 5 single treatment rooms. Each of the themes is a signature double-assigned treatment.

The Mystical Forest Room makes use of the spirit of the forest and offers the guests on the power of nature to meditate. Thisbotanically-inspired room features a tropical rain shower to wash you with the stress of the day. The refreshing mix of used essential oils for massage will rejuvenate the body feeling.
In Bloom Floral room, you can guarantee the flow stress and the spirit will be revived with a rose petal in this flower paradise. I opted for the "Sarada Package (2 hours) treatment, which includes an oil massage and facial. I was not interested in a facial treatment, and the reception was flexible enough to face into a body scrub, rather than change it.
From the lighting and temperature in the room to the volume of music andPressure applied during a massage or exfoliation, the therapist was so caring and considerate for my entire treatment. The gentle therapist in the spa truly live up to the gracious spirit of the spa area of the Thai culture.
For total relaxation, the Sivara Spa offers a full range of massages, spa, facial and body treatments. The selection of treatments include oil and Thai massages, polishes and wraps, facials, and even an individual half-day, full day, multi-day wellness program. There are alsothe awesome 4-hands massage, which has become the signature treatment of high-end spa in Thailand, but for reasons of time I had no time for this famous treatment.
The prices in the Sivara Spa hotel spas are typical so little on the high side. If you are a guest of the hotel, make sure you take a discount voucher at the hotel concierge, you are entitled to a 10% discount and a free floral foot bath.
